When will I receive my order?
Typically it takes 1 - 2 working days (Monday - Friday) to process your order and then another 1 - 2 working days (Monday - Friday) before you receive it. See more in our Shipping Policy.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you decide to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at support@interiorhaven.co.uk. However, once an order has been processed or has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. In such cases, you would need to follow our return process once the item is delivered.

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items without any reason. Returns will not be accepted if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date. Read our Return and Refund Policy to get more information about the process.
