Return and Refund Policy

Return Period
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items without any reason. Returns will not be accepted if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date.

Return Process
To start the return process, contact us first at support@interiorhaven.co.uk. We will then send you a more detailed instructions. Please ensure that items you wish to return are unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Afterwards carefully pack the items and send them to us using a reliable courier. Bear in mind that you are responsible to cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds
After we receive your returned parcel, we will inspect it. Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method you used to pay for the order. This process can take up to 7 days. We do not charge restocking fees.

Exchanges
Have you changed your mind and would like a different item? No problem! Simply contact us at support@interiorhaven.co.uk with the details of your desired exchange and we will guide you through the process. You are eligible to exchange the item within 30 days of receiving it. Make sure that the item you want to exchange is in a new-like shape.

Order Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may wish to cancel your order. If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at support@interiorhaven.co.uk. However, once an order has been processed or has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. In such cases, you would need to follow our return process once the item is delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, we deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We take every step to ensure that all products are packaged securely and checked for accuracy before shipment, but mistakes do happen. If you notice that your item is damaged or incorrect, please immediately take clear photos of the issue, including any packaging damage or item defects, and send them to us at support@interiorhaven.co.uk. We will thoroughly review your case and ensure you receive the correct item or a replacement as quickly as possible.
