Order Processing and Shipping Procedure

Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, we will send you a follow-up email with tracking details to allow you to track your shipment every step of the way. Your order will then be dispatched for delivery. The expected shipping time is 5 - 7 working days (Monday - Friday). We are happy to offer free delivery on all orders shipped within the United Kingdom.
Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, there may be instances where delays occur. However, certain factors, such as high demand during peak seasons, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or other unexpected events, may cause delays in the shipping process. In the event of such delays, we kindly request that you allow an additional 3 working days (Monday - Friday) beyond the estimated delivery date for your order to arrive. Order Cancellations

However, once an order has been processed or has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. In such cases, you would need to follow our return process once the item is delivered.
